I've never shopped at game stop or bought a steam gift card but my brother in law wanted one for Christmas. I ask for a $25 dollar gift card and the clerk says "we only do 20 or 50 and it shows on your receipt." So I say ok $20 and she hands me the machine and I pay with debit. After I pay she hands me the receipt and that's the gift card. Surely someone who shops there all the time could have read into what she meant by "it shows on your receipt" but I asked for a gift card and only got a reciept for digital credit. A reciept doesn't make for a good Christmas present. This is 2 days before Christmas. I went back, explained and she said they were out of physical gift cards. I asked for a refund; she dug her heels in and said no. I doubt it's the first time she's done this..I felt she knew what she was doing there and just wanted a sale. That's scummy.

My opinion on this location has changed for the better in the past month , Arya has been a great addition to this store and has brought enjoyment to my visits to this store again. I see alot of new friendly faces as well . Looking forward to many more visits.

I agree with other reviews. Employee named Kay doesn't want kids here. My son and nieces were excited looking for christmas present and were looking for anime figurines. They were stacked high and its different items behind so it takes a lot of time to look for characters that they didn't have in their collections. Meanwhile 3 employees were chatting the whole time without offering help. No other customer during this time. After maybe 30 to 45 minutes of looking around without help. It got busy and employee named Kay ask the kids to leave infront of everyone. I was just outside observing the whole time so I confronted him. He told me they have to leave because they are not buying, and there is no soliciting. Soliciting what? Will never shop in this location. Their employee is an IDIOT! Like I told him earlier. He is a bully and an idiot.

Great game selections but can find games cheaper somewhere else. Have lots of variety and accessories for gaming consoles and also other gift ideas related to gaming to choose from.

I came into the store genuinely looking for game or an action figure then one of the workers which was a asian man with glass and blond ponytail kicked me out for no reason other than “association”

Very competitive prices worth checking out if you want to have immediately. Well stocked and space is well used. There are some trade-in items too at a lower price too.

Very small, with more than half of the shop full of merch and accessories. If you're looking for second hand games, especially for older consoles, try a larger store. But if you do manage to get what you're looking for, the prices are unbeatable. Once had excellent customer service, but for the most part, barely interacted with the folks working there.

Came to this location to sort out a difficult situation with a game/refund card. Was helped by 2 employees whom were extremely friendly and willing. Was in and out of the store within 10 minutes thinking it would be longer. Would recommend highly.
